What we do:
SAEA has an extensive and diversified pool of talents. Our engineers are leader in their field and they are ready to put their experience and skills to solve Syria challenging rebuilding efforts and give sound professional technical opinions. Our teams have consulting engineering experience in the following areas: Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Information Systems and Technology, and Engineering Education.
Civil Engineering
Provide land development and urban planning to rebuild and modernize damaged Syrian cities.
- Condition Assessment, Forensics and Evaluation: Perform on site evaluation and assessment of damaged building and infrastructures, roads, bridges, waste water plants, dams, power supply structures and other civil service infrastructures.
- Structural Engineering: Review existing conditions and provide optimum design and strengthening solutions to restore the structural integrity of buildings and infrastructures and expedite the return of the Syrian people to their homes.
Environmental Engineering
Provide solutions for power for power generation with a special emphasis on renewable technologies like solar and wind. Also, we offer our expertise in industrial processes, advanced manufacturing, and production technology, as well as robotics and automation.
Electrical Engineering
Provide solutions to the power generation, distribution, and integration of diversified power sources especially renewable power like solar and wind energies
Mechanical Engineering
Provide solutions for power generation with a special emphasis on renewable technologies like solar and wind. Also, we offer our expertise in industrial processes, advanced manufacturing, and production technology, as well as robotics and automation.
Computer Information Systems and Technology
Provide solutions and alternatives to wireless communications, data networks, and global positioning.
Engineering Education
We believe that education and training, especially in technical skills, is the corner stone in any serious effort toward advancement. SAEA envisions education becoming an important part of our efforts in order to train the new generation to rebuild Syria.
-
Technical/Vocational Career Training Certification
Rebuilding Syria will require many skilled workers that can execute projects. Within Syria and the Syrian refugee population, there are many unemployed who simply do not have the necessary skills. Technical training will improve their prospect of finding a good job while providing the country with the skilled work force needed.
At this stage, we can arrange for training Syrian refugees in host countries and get them certified in needed areas such as: Sheet Metal working, Welding, Machining, Quality Control, Surveying, Concrete inspection & testing, Carpentry, Environmental, Management, Environmental Analytical Technician, Hazardous Waste Management, Environmental Health and Safety, Emergency, esponder, Waste water Operator, Drinking Water Operator
-
Curriculum Support Programs
The goal of this program is to introduce engineering concepts and approach to students from elementary school all the way to high school to help them build a technical background early on, and to provide scholarships for talented students. Design and provide labs for schools through supplying technical material to serve to complement existing curriculum.
-
Professional Development & Continuing Education
We aim to update the skills that engineers have to match the needs of the rebuilding effort and to train them in the latest technologies via seminars, training courses, and publication of technical and professional material that would help them be better and more efficient in the following areas: Damage condition assessment, Renewable energy technology, water treatment technology, and power generation and distribution.
