Among the most integral parts of SAEA’s mission is to provide networking and advancement opportunities for its members. Through the association, Syrian engineers connect and help one another.
SAEA member Eng. Massalkhi joined the association early on in his career. A leader and long-time member of SAEA took Massalkhi under his wing and helped set him up for a good career as a field project manager. He did this through securing him an internship, which ultimately turned into a full-time position. He continues to launch into career success and advancement building on a strong foundation of education, licensure, and support from SAEA.
A key achievement of SAEA since its founding is the years of work in the networking that allows recent graduates to find opportunities within a like-minded community, and for senior members to give back through mentorship and resources.
