At the recent spring technical conference, a constructive discussion was initiated around SAEA’s future strategy with a clear consensus towards expanding SAEA work scope and increasing our operational efficiencies.
In the months to come, we will be pursuing plans to:
● Transform organizational culture to supports long-term organizational longevity
● Publish new streamlined programs and workflow approach
● Test the viability of an office in Syria or in bordering nations like Lebanon and Turkey
SAEA board looks forward to engaging in thoughtful strategic planning for the future of the organization, in alignment with its mission, to use technical engineering expertise to uplift Syria. Strategic planning will occur throughout 2018 and 2019.
