In light of upcoming board elections, SAEA’s current board and membership are preparing to engage in strategic planning for the next chapter of the organization. As the board cycle turns over, the organization is eager to hear the new and fresh ideas of leadership to advance Syrian engineers in the US and use technical engineering expertise to support and uplift Syria.
This strategic planning process will highlight recent discussions emphasizing the return to a technological focus in the organization, serving as engineering consultants for well-established humanitarian relief and Syrian diaspora organizations, thus placing our distinct and niche expertise in the areas where they are much needed.
With elections coming up and strategic planning in the air, we look forward to presenting our new vision for the future soon.
