In SAEA’s Spring Technical conference in the Detroit metro area, the board launched a new initiative to award continuing education professional development hours (PDH) to members attending technical sessions.
Utilizing certificates of attendance, SAEA members will now be able to present their participation and membership with SAEA as valid (PDH) or continuing education Units (CEU) for various important credentials in the engineering field. These credentials, such as becoming a Licensed Engineer, open up new career and professional development opportunities for SAEA members. Engineering Licenses often require Continuing education hours (PDH) to retain licensure.
SAEA is thrilled to be able to offer this new initiative and benefit to its promising members to continue developing their expertise and professionalism.
