In a recent leadership summit, SAEA’s board discussed the vision and strategy for the future of the organization. They focused in on two essential issues facing the organization structurally, and arrived at conclusions for a solid structure in order to move forward with their important mission-focused work.
The two topics of conversation involved membership administration to maintain organized records of the lively member base, as well as financial administration to revisit procedures and maintain nonprofit status.
Leaders strategized on solutions for these structural components and are looking forward to implementation. With these important discussions concluded, SAEA looks forward to many more years of active membership, technical expertise, and helping Syria thrive.
