SAEA Completes Federal Incorporation Requirements: 
Chicago, Illinois – January 26, 2013
SAEA’s newly elected Board of Directors completed the requirements of the United State, IRS and ther federeal requirements to achieve formal incorporation with the Federal govement and in the State of Michigan.
SAEA established its headquarters in Southfield, Michigan and will continue filing requirements to achieve tax-exempt status for purposes of providing and supporting the recovery and reconstruction efforts in Syria.
